
| Head Senior Team Coach: Jim Stillson Jim started coaching in 1972 after graduating from Ohio State University, where he was an NCAA All-American diver. Since coming to SMU in 1983, he has been named the NCAA Coach of the Year three times and the United States Diving Coach of the Year. He coaches the SMU diving program which has developed into one of the strongest in the country, producing four Olympians (Ali Al-Hasan, Scott Donie, Janet Ely, Tony Iglesias), one World Champion (Janet Ely, 1978), and an Olympic Silver Medalist (Scott Donie, 1991). Jim has also served in several capacities on the United States Diving Executive Board of Directors. |

| Head Age Group Team Coach: Andy Serie Andy began his diving career in Houston at the age of eleven. In Houston, he dove for the North Houston Divers until the age of 16. At 16, he moved to Dallas, Texas and became a member of the original Sunbelt Diving Team under Michele Pappas. Andy dove for L.V. Berkner High school, in Richardson Texas, and was a two time High School All-American. He then went on to dive at the University of Arkansas. Andy received his degree in Art Education and currently teaches in Plano Independent School District. He coaches the Plano Senior High, Plano West Senior High, and Plano East Senior High School Diving Teams as well as the Mustangs In The Sun age group program. He has been named H.S. District and Regional Diving Coach of the year for 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006. He also teaches the lessons program at the CFB and LISD locations. |

| Head Lessons Coach: Jean Streepey Jean started diving in High school, was Louisiana State Champion in 1979. She attended SMU on an engineering scholarship and dove for SMU in 1981 and 1982. She has been coaching lesson for MITS for three years. She currently works as Project Manager with N.J Pierce and Associates. Jean has two wonderful girls ages 9 and 12 that are currently diving for Mustangs In The Sun. |
| Lessons Coach (SMU): Joan Chalkley Joan started her love for diving at a young age. She competed in high school and college, where she was inducted into the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire "BlueGold Hall of Fame" for her diving accomplishments. After college, Joan continued to dive in Masters Competitions, being awarded multiple national titles. She has served on the United States Board of Directors and as Meet Director for the 1990 US Diving Outdoor Championships. She is currently employed at JCPenney, bringing her daughter, Krista, to dive in the MITS Lesson program. |

| Lessons Coach (CFB): Eric Ognibene Eric has competed in diving for over 20 years! He was a Texas High School Diving Champion, a 2-time All-American High School and College Diver, a member of the United States Senior National Team, a 2-time JO National Finalist, and a 6-time Senior National finalist. Eric has been coaching diving for over 11 years. Prior to coming to MITS, he lead the Mission Viejo Nadadores to 3 National JO Championships, qualified 6 divers as members of the United States Diving JO or Senior National teams, and developed 4 National Champions. Besides being a relatively new dad, he is a Teacher and the Head District High School Diving Coach for Carrollton/Farmersbranch ISD. |
